Liquid integral waterproofing compound for concrete and plasters
Even today in India, most of the concrete produced is still by volume batching with no proper control over W/C ratio. There is no control over quality of materials, namely sand, aggregates and water.The concrete produced in this scenario has very high permeability, resulting in reduced service life and durability of concrete and mortar.
Product Description:
- SuperBuild LWC is a dark brown liquid based on Ignosulphonates with polymers and additives for concrete and plasters. It easily dissolves in water, hence gets dispersed evenly. It protects concrete internally from water ingress without altering the properties of concrete.

Areas of Application
- Superbuild LWC is used to make waterproofing of concrete and mortars in Basements, roof slabs and screeds, water retaining structures (tanks and swimming pools), balconies, bathroom and toilets, outside plastering etc
Application method
- Add 75-80% of required water to the mixer
- Charge concrete mixer with cement, sand and aggregates as per mix design
- Add 150ml to a mix of 200ml Superbuild LWC in remaining water, stir and add into the wet mix
- Place the concrete or apply plaster as required
- Normal curing procedure is to be followed
